This server provides insecure access allowing departmental web service, shell accounts for web pages only. Web service is insecure, and all access can be performed with telnet and ftp. ssh and scp are still available. If desired, any webpage can be synchronized with the secure webserver or linked from the secure webserver. This server is mainly intended to function as a easy access webserver to allow users to update pages with standard protocols (Netscape Publisher, Microsoft Frontpage, ftp, etc).
