This in from Frank Stafford, people with versions 5000 should not upgrade
to 5010:

"Another update on the second Symantec worm that arrived last Friday.
This message supplements the message sent yesterday at 1:09pm.



1.        If you have computers at program version 10.1.5.5000 there is no
need to update to 5010.  In fact, we're told that the update from 5000
to 5010 does not go well.  A patch to 5000 is required.  Since 5000 is
not vulnerable, we are not focused on this issue right now.  So be happy
with 5000 and do not attempt to upgrade to 5010 at this time. "
