[FDS] Updated wizard

Hi-
There was a bug in the wizard that (needlessly) made it hard to get past 
the "start laser" page.
Attached is a new AOS.exe that fixes this. When aligning the mirror, you 
keep the XLI off throughout the procedure.
To install this release:

   1. Rename c:\Program files\Aviv AOS\AOS.exe c:\Program files\Aviv
      AOS\AOS.1317.exe
   2. Extract AOS.exe from the zip file into c:\Program files\Aviv AOS\
