[HSC-Unix] HSC Unix website

The website is partially complete so its time for everybody to 'see' what
it looks like. I also need help on the FAQ and introduction. So whoever is
interested, contact me  and I'll send you the admin login information. As
suggested, the wiki is installed, but I can't seem to even find it on the
site ;) Oh well... I'll get it eventually.
