I have been busy but have not forgotten about my promise to try and set up a
special meeting and bring in the T&N crew to talk to us about the DMZ and
other networking issues. I have discussed this with Fred and John, but have
not scheduled anything yet. I will work on this in the next few days.

I need more information regarding the "DMZ". I originally asked this
question before last month's HSC Unix meeting and it was in the process of
being answered. I still haven't received a response.
Anyway, an example of why I think our DMZ isn't letting in public services
is from Internet2 connections. I have one server (on an Internet2
connection) that can not SSH into a machine on the public DMZ. Maybe its
just a networking issue. Sherry should be working on this since I sent her
an email about it this afternoon.
