[HSC-Unix] Linux Anti-Virus software?

The nature of virii and such just don't work properly on Linux/*nix machines.
Since there are true user permissions in *nix, installing something system 
wide will not work because of the user permissions.

There is antivirus software available for Linux, but its more towards the
server end, meaning it cleans mail or attachments.
