A collaboration between the laboratories of

Stephen C. Hardies and Philip Serwer.

Projects:

vibriophage - a collaboration with Dr. Curtis Suttle and Andre Comeau.
at the University of British Columbia at Vancouver.

Goals:
  1. To obtain the complete sequence of  a vibriophage  infecting Vibrio parahaemolyticus.
  2. To use this virus as a test system for development of bioinformatics methods for the inference of function and evolutionary history of viral sequences.
