What's Burning in the Kitchen?Protein (& fiber) browniesYou will need 2 eggs, 1/4 cup oil (olive or canola), 1 cup milk (I use soy milk), 1 tsp vanilla, 1 cup protein powder, 1-1/2 cups non-fat dry milk, 3-1/2 cups oats. Mix all ingredients and spread in 13 x 9 baking dish. Bake at 325°F for 25 minutes. We like ours with chocolate, so either melt some 60% cocoa in the milk before mixing (of course, allowing it to cool beforehand) or mix in chips after combining. (more)
